A Message from Mrs. Fuller
As the ARES principal, let me take this opportunity to welcome everyone to Arrington Elementary School. I could not be more thrilled for our second school year, and I am privileged to be the principal of this incredible school. I am dedicated to working alongside staff, parents, and students to create an environment that provides the most rewarding education possible, as your child’s education is our top priority!
Please let me begin by introducing myself. I lived in East Tennessee until 5th grade, when I moved with my family to Middle Tennessee. Here I completed my primary and secondary education and graduated from Riverdale High School in Murfreesboro. Professionally, I am a Middle Tennessee State University alumnus, having received my undergraduate degree in education and my Masters and Educational Specialist degrees in administration. My tenure in Williamson County Schools began in 2004 where I taught both elementary and middle school. This is my 11th year in administration, and I absolutely love what I do. Having a blend of working with students, parents and teachers is the best of all worlds.
Personally, I have two amazing kids; there is never a dull moment. Blake is at MCMS, and Andi will be in 5thgrade at Arrington Elementary. Blake and Andi play travel soccer plus Andi loves dance and basketball. Blake also plays middle school football and soccer. Whew! It's a good thing I enjoy sports! When time permits, I enjoy spending time with friends and family, taking vacations and cheering on my kids from the sideline and sometimes coaching, depending on the sport.
It is an honor to serve all the families of this community as the Principal of Arrington Elementary School and I sincerely believe that having an environment that is collaborative draws on the strengths of all stakeholders and fosters a positive school climate that makes a difference in the lives of our students. I look forward to meeting and working with you to establish a community of excellence. This is going to be an amazing journey.
Amanda Fuller, Ed.S.
