A Message from Mrs. Fuller
Welcome to Arrington Elementary School!
As we begin our fourth school year, I continue to be honored and excited to serve as the principal of this incredible school community. What started as a brand-new school has quickly become a place where students, staff and families work together to create a culture of excellence, belonging and growth.
At Arrington Elementary, our mission is to empower lifelong learners with confidence and a commitment to excellence by creating a safe, vibrant learning community where all students learn and achieve at high levels. Our vision is for every child to develop a love of learning, discover their strengths and talents, become problem solvers and create a future with zero limits. These beliefs guide our work each day and inspire us to help every student reach their full potential.
Our school embraces a 212° mindset—the belief that the extra degree of effort can make all the difference. We encourage our students and staff to persevere, continue growing and always give their best. This commitment to continuous improvement, combined with the strong partnerships we share with our families, helps make Arrington Elementary such a special place to learn and grow.
A little about me—I am a graduate of Riverdale High School and Middle Tennessee State University, where I earned my undergraduate degree in education as well as my Master's and Educational Specialist degrees in administration. I began my career with Williamson County Schools in 2004 and have been blessed to serve students, families and educators in a variety of roles throughout my career. Working alongside children, teachers and families is truly my passion.
My family keeps life busy and fun. My son, Blake, is a sophomore at Nolensville High School and enjoys playing football and soccer at NHS and travel soccer. My daughter, Andi, is a seventh grader at Mill Creek Middle School and plays basketball and volleyball at MCMS and travel basketball. You'll often find me in the stands cheering them on and enjoying every moment.
Thank you for entrusting us with your children each day. I firmly believe that strong relationships and collaboration between home and school are essential to student success. I look forward to continuing to partner with our families as we help students learn, grow and achieve at high levels.
With Husky Pride,
Amanda Fuller, Ed.S.
